Test Delivery Manager

Expected years of experience:
14-16 years’ of experience

Specific Skills:
• Possess good communication and written documentation skills and be able to interact with key stakeholders to deliver fast with quality
• Be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and also handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Should have excellent problem/ issue management skills across various stakeholders
• Must have experience in manual quality assurance testing -functional, automation, database ,security ,performance (load,stress, reliability) and regression.
• Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum).
• To be able to establish a solid relationship with client stakeholders to understand the vision, requirements, and priorities of our business partners
• Good understanding of estimation process , knowledge management and KPI
• Detailed knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.
• Quality Gate Reviews & Planning, Talent Transformation, Drive Initiatives ,Knowledge & Quality Management, Drive Governance & Align to Business Priorities, support unsolicited proposals within account and cross sell capabilities, consulting service for existing accounts and new logos , technical support and solutioning, mentoring team members
• Consulting & Assessment, Branding, partnership, unlocking new clientele leads, Industry Accreditation, Drive Thought Leadership & Industry trends & Media Releases
• Experience in Retail domain with experience in ecommerce, CRM and POS applications

Good to have skills:
Experience in managing Automation, Performance & Security Testing in Fixed Price and Managed Service model

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with test team and administer all processes and procedures and ensure compliance to all quality goals and manage all projects
• Prepare reports for all project statistics on monthly basis and analyse all project metric data and provide training to all project members
• Defining the SLAs and evaluate all customer complaints for quality and escalate issues if required and provide training to all project teams and perform required audits and perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actions
• Maintain knowledge of all Industry Standard Quality systems and process standards and evaluate all procedures to ensure adherence to all guidelines
• Prepare reports for all resource utilization and develop all project estimates and schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders and participate in various meetings
• Design all test methodologies and perform regular regression tests on all processes and design all project deliverables and manage all test environments
• Manage all communication with business partners and senior management to achieve all project objectives and perform tests on same and manage multiple functional areas
• Perform end to end tests on all processes and design all program documents and as per resource requirements and administer all test activities for all phases
• Develop all test plans and perform troubleshoot on systems and analyse all test resources to resolve issues and manage all communication with senior management to achieve all objectives
• Reporting project progress to clients and Steering Committee
• Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation
• Develop the test plan, test Strategy for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan
• Manage test activities using industry standard ALM tools
• Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artefacts is documented and maintained
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
• Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project
• Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project / Account Manager
• Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client
• Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client
• Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers
• Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
• Review various reports prepared by Test engineers
• Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
• Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project
