Performance Test Analyst

Expected years of experience:
7-9 years of experience

Specific Skills:

• At least 6+ years of experience with Performance Testing using JMeter, Neoload, Blazemeter, or Loadrunner
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude to engage with stakeholders
• Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files
• Experience in creating load profiles, writing custom utilities in any scripting language
• Experience in analysing logs, monitoring details.
• Experience in using ELK or EFK stack
• API Testing using tools like Postman
• Prior experience as delivering QA in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), presentation skills

Good to have skills:

• Exposure to Automation testing
• Experience in leading a performance testing delivery

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should be able to devise and implement performance test Engineering approach
• Should drive early performance testing approach into SDLC
• Should be able to design, develop and execute the performance scripts
• Should be able to closely work with client stakeholders to drive the sprint and release ceremonies
• Should be able to build a good rapport with the team and the client stakeholders
