In this role, you will be working closely with country Heads of Growths and General Managers to develop product strategies and addressing the specific needs of each of the company's target market.
You will be responsible for:
Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to create a roadmap and deliver on it
Managing all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged
Ideation of creative features/capabilities that push the boundaries
Developing and maintaining an understanding of the company's products, market, and competition
Developing product positioning and go to market strategy
Keeping abreast of the goings-on in the industry
Making creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
Defining and tracking key usage metrics of your products to improve them
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
You are familiar with agile product development processes
You are comfortable with technology and APIs and have a basic understanding of data investigation and presentation
You pay strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
You are able to drive negotiations with different stakeholders to make informed trade-offs.
You have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Senior Product Manager
Acemoney is a fintech brand developed and promoted by Aceware Fintech Services Pvt Ltd. We offer a wide range of fintech products to financially include the underbanked and rural populations. Our solutions include UPI/QR, POS device, Mobile Payment Applications, Digital Payment Solutions, Wallets, Prepaid Cards, Payment Gateway support, and Wearable Payment Accessories. We have 3 major vertices: B2B, B2C, and B2G. Acemoney is located in Kochi and operates on-site.
This is a full-time on-site Senior Product Manager role located in Kochi. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire product life cycle for Acemoney's fintech products. The Senior Product Manager will ensure product alignment with business strategy and customer needs, and lead the product development and launch. The Senior Product Manager will also oversee product pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
Strong product management experience, with a focus on digital payment products
