1. Monitoring of BC and Field activities?
* Conducting regular visits to CSP as assigned which includes
* 100%pre disbursement group visits during GRT
* Conducting 100% client verification (including KYC check) in person for prospective clients sourced by the CSP.
* Random visits during group formation, LUC, etc.
* Accompanying CSP staff for 100% new village survey
* Conducting regular CSP branch visit to ensure Aceneo Bank and BC policy adherence, quality of branch record keeping, smooth functioning of the branch, etc.
* Conducting 100% visits to delinquent groups and to understand cause of overdue and draw action plan for follow-up to fix the same.
* Conducting 100% visits to non-contactable tele-verification groups
* Reporting of all visits conducted in Bank’s system as specified ?
2. Ensuring Compliance?
* Ensuring 100% adherence to all product process guidelines, SOP, advisories, RBI guidelines/circulars, etc as communicated by the bank from time to time.
* Keeping track of non compliance of the respective CSP with respect to Audit, RSCA, Risk, third party audit or any other team observations and reports.
* Ensuring timely closure of open points as raised for the respective CSP, by taking necessary actions and submitting compliance reports in stipulated timeframe.
* Regular tracking and maintaining of TAT for various processes for effective service delivery
3. Capacity Building and training of BC staff?
* Periodic training of CSP branch staff on Acemoney Product and processes to ensure adherence of the same.
* Training of branch staff on any new guidelines/ advisories issued by the bank?
Qualification :- Graduate
Experience :- 5+ Years
