Product Manager -(Ace Neo Bank)
As a Product Manager you will take ownership of your team’s product roadmap and manage the end to end delivery of new features. To be successful you’ll collaborate with a talented team of engineering, commercial, and of course product colleagues. You’ll also become an expert on customers, by analysing data, curating feedback across multiple channels, and by speaking directly to customers. You will enjoy this role if you care about helping small businesses succeed, you enjoy creating innovative technology, and you want to see ideas quickly shipped into production.

In this role, you will be working closely with country Heads of Growths and General Managers to develop product strategies and addressing the specific needs of each of the company's target market.
You will be responsible for:
Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to create a roadmap and deliver on it
Managing all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged
Ideation of creative features/capabilities that push the boundaries
Developing and maintaining an understanding of the company's products, market, and competition
Developing product positioning and go to market strategy
Keeping abreast of the goings-on in the industry
Making creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
Defining and tracking key usage metrics of your products to improve them
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
You are familiar with agile product development processes
You are comfortable with technology and APIs and have a basic understanding of data investigation and presentation
You pay strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
You are able to drive negotiations with different stakeholders to make informed trade-offs.
You have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
You possess sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
You are a creative thinker with a vision
