Business Development Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
* Responsible to generate business for IT company
*Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
*Grab potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
*Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization, and
handle interaction with the clients.
*Client retention as well as research and build relationships with new clients.
*Develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
*Coordination with the Project manager to estimate effort and resources required for
the project for the estimation of cost and time.
*Accepting projects from clients and managing communication between team and
clients till delivery of the project.
*Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through
differences to a positive conclusion.
* Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
*Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
*Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
*Coordinating business generation activities.
*Responding to client requests for proposals.
