Business Development Manager

Whom are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-starting, goal oriented, and successful sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, your objective is to clearly express ideas in a manner that will build rapport with potential customers. The ideal candidate will not let the market dictate their opportunities; rather, they will proactively build a pipeline of project opportunities that provide for new customer relationships

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all front-end sales activities for the Company for US Market
• Defining sales road map and come up with execution plan
• Formulate sales strategies and develop sales funnel by generating relevant business leads, connect to respective point of contact at the client end, cold calling, build rapport; presenting the sales pitch and successfully bring up to closure thus lead to revenue generation
• Driving sales through relationship building exercises
• Maintains knowledge of marketplace issues, industry trends, competitive information, customer expectations, public policy, and other market drivers
• Generates sales leads/appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, and annual sales goals/targets.
• Provide weekly updates to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
• New business opportunities by strategizing and executing customized email campaigns with management assistance.
• Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills
Must have skills:

• Experience doing sales for IT service companies, and it’s a huge plus if you have worked for Software Testing Companies
• Must have a proven track record of achieving sales/inside sales targets at full length
• Strong negotiating skills
• Should have worked in an Individual contributor role
• Should have worked in IT sales for US market
• Experience in selling technology solutions to Directors and C-Level executives in SMB’s in an inside sales environment is required.
• Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with great presentation skills
