Sr. Sales Consultant

Role (UAE Process)
1) Create leads of 10 leads per day and a minimum target set of next month's expiry leads. Need to collect all details like census list, TOB, and any competitor information possible.
2) Create appointments, follow up meetings, and closure meetings with the customers for the sales team in Dubai.
3) Generate quotes, presentations, deal with RFQs, etc for all types of Insurance.
4) Manage existing customers without complaints.

Visa Operations (MALE Candidates only)

Job purpose

The primary function of the role is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocated for all their new visa requests to travel around the world. The main role is to ensure NO REJECTION that may occur in relation to the client visa application by assisting them to obtain visas with Good feedback for the houseoftours.com service.


Duties and responsibilities

Visa Division

• Excellent process knowledge of obtaining visas of different countries, and authentication of documents.
• Expertise to prepare and accurately process visa applications with an eye for detail.
Be up to date with the government/embassy forms for the visa process.
• Be familiar with the general security requirements when handling sensitive personal information
Provide clients with the information on the required documents for the visa, and legalization process, processing times, and costs.
• Counsel and prepare our clients for the Embassy visa interview process and ensure our USP is highlighted to all the conversations with our customers
• Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centers/ Online Portal or email the documents to customers with a proper set of cover letters to ease the process for our customers.
• Follow up with clients and take feedback for our service and ensure to offer our service in the future and request a referral from your customers. "MAKE AN IMPACT to ensure that we VALUE our Customers".

Responsibilities and Duties

Responding to inquiries about our company's services and offerings.
Determining each client's requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and transit time.
Ensuring that clients pay the deposit before you commence with bookings.
Informing clients about the cancellation policy, including salient dates and all penalties.
Ascertaining and adhering to the available budget.
Selecting the most appropriate transport based on the available finances, requisite departure and arrival times, and preferred duration of transit.
Securing accommodation that is best suited to the budget and location of choice.
Planning trips based on each client's needs and interests.
Research, explore and study different travel destination options
Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports & meet assigned targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications
SKILLS & Requirements

3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
Passionate about travel and tourism & Excellent knowledge of the latest tourism trends
Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Good sales and presentation skills & Customer-oriented mindset
Critical thinker and problem solver & Team player
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
