Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Responding to inquiries about our company's services and offerings.
Determining each client's requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and transit time.
Ensuring that clients pay the deposit before you commence with bookings.
Informing clients about the cancellation policy, including salient dates and all penalties.
Ascertaining and adhering to the available budget.
Selecting the most appropriate transport based on the available finances, requisite departure and arrival times, and preferred duration of transit.
Securing accommodation that is best suited to the budget and location of choice.
Planning trips based on each client's needs and interests.
Research, explore and study different travel destination options
Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports & meet assigned targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications
SKILLS & Requirements

3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
Passionate about travel and tourism & Excellent knowledge of the latest tourism trends
Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Good sales and presentation skills & Customer-oriented mindset
Critical thinker and problem solver & Team player
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage

Salary: ?15,000.00 to ?30,000.00 /month

Insurance Sales Consultant ( UAE Process )


We are looking for energetic and self-motivated telesales professionals who will go out of their way to delight our existing or new customers.

Responsibility

• Work involves outbound calls and servicing incoming queries on motor insurance products.
• Strong consulting and negotiation skills are a must in order to be successful in selling covers to prospects or existing clients and provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call all the way to issuing the policy.
• You will be preparing and presenting motor quotations, emailing and following up, confidently servicing and consulting each prospect.

Sr. Sales Consultant

Role (UAE Process)
1) Create leads of 10 leads per day and a minimum target set of next month's expiry leads. Need to collect all details like census list, TOB, and any competitor information possible.
2) Create appointments, follow up meetings, and closure meetings with the customers for the sales team in Dubai.
3) Generate quotes, presentations, deal with RFQs, etc for all types of Insurance.
4) Manage existing customers without complaints.
