Accounts Executive
We are looking for Accounts Executives(Finance) with proven work record of minimum 4 years:
Financial Transactions: Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable entries. Verify, allocate, and post transactions to appropriate accounts and ledgers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Accounts payable & Receivable: Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients. Monitor and manage accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with clients for timely collections. Process accounts payable, verify vendor invoices, and ensure timely payment.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to bank transactions.
General Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately. Assist in preparing journal entries and adjusting entries as needed.
Expense Management: Review and verify company expense reports, Petty cash management etc as per the company policies. Monitor and analyze expense trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports on a monthly, Weekly basis. Provide financial data and reports to management for decision-making purposes.
Tax filing: Good knowledge in GST filings, TDS payments and Quarterly filings, Income tax calculation of employees etc.
Audit Support: Support in Audit activities with Finance manager to complete the Audit process - Internal and External Audit during financial Audits.
Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
Software and Tools: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and facilitate financial analysis.
Qualifications and Skills essential:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven 4 years experience in accounting or finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to develop and implement SEO strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Should be able to work with large data sets and derive conclusion on website performance and other KPIs
Proficient in Google Analytics UA and GA4 including setting up custom reports in free form and segment overlap.
Expert in Microsoft excel including macros and generating custom formats and layouts for large datasets.
Understanding e-commerce SEO, conversion metrics and generating insights based on existing data
