Business Development Manager -International Sales

Role and Responsibilities
• A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology.
• Experience in handling global clients is necessary.
• Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
• Develop a detailed sales action plan.
• Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Build and maintaining client relations
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Carry out cold calling in order to create interest in products and services
• Generate new business leads and arrange meetings
• Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
• Design innovative strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 8 Years Experience in Technology Sales
• Minimum 3 Years into Manager Profile
• Experience in Fintech, Banking or Payment Industry preferred
• Proficiency in Data analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 15 Days or Less / 1 Month
Should be willing to relocate to Kochi.
