HR Manager

e are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and

6. HR Strategy and Planning:

• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A
Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
