Roles and Responsibilities
To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees salaries.
Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to work in UK shift
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Time management, planning, and scheduling skills
Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in a collaborative environment
Should have solution-oriented and committed to make it right resolution
Should have an impeccable sense of judgment to be able to serve at the highest levels.
Experience of working in a BPO back-office operations will be given preference
Candidates willing to learn and grow with the organization
Flair for customer/client service with a positive learning aptitude and ability to perform under pressure
A hands-on professional with a go-getter attitude
Excellent team player with a client-centric and problem-solving approach
