Responsibilities

1.Experience in IT Recruitment

2. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and Admin duties

3. Represent Organization when required.

4.Communicate with public services when necessary

5. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

6. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to staff activities (eg: staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

7. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

8. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
