Audio/ Video Sales Manager

An incredibly exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager with AV focus to join one of the reputed organizations handling the top notch brands.


As a sales manager you will be responsible for business development and identifying and obtaining new customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.

You will define new market and growth strategies and must be adept at developing robust business cases as well as presenting them to senior level executives inside and outside the company.


Obtaining and securing enterprise customers by understanding both customer business models and service offerings.
Identify potential partnering opportunities and prioritize based on alignment with product/service strategy and business, organizational, and technical fit with the company
Build and execute on strategy to penetrate target customers, leveraging company's executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other resources.
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals in an aggressive time frame.
Provide strategic account management for partnerships including Architects, Contactors, and Vendors etc.
Develop and execute go to market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities.
Resolve partner pain points and implement performance improvement programs in a collaborative manner.
Work with product management to define product and service offerings that meet partner's needs.

Preferably 2-3 years experience in the AV industry
Solution sales experience in the retail vertical is strongly preferred, with strong capability to handle AV solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month


Business Development Executive


Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
Identifying new revenue opportunities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
Collaborating with management on sales goals
Support the team with other responsibilities as required


Preferably Masters Degree in Business Management or similar field
2-3 years of experience in international software sales
Handled client facing roles
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong customer service skills

Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month


HR Generalist / Administration


• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Set up schedules and meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
• Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)
• Complete ownership of the payroll process.
• Provides orientation for new employees by reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll
information, and obtaining signatures for documents.
• Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job
classifications etc.
• Preferably knowledge in GST, CSEZ compliance and Softex reporting
• Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track
of relevant deadlines
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Confident and organized, with an ability to hold difficult conversations, and to make decisions quickly
• Strong work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

• Strong decision-making skills
