Position: SAP HR Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Implementing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll module to meet business requirements.
2. Expertise in handling payroll for employees across multiple countries.
3. In-depth knowledge of GCC payroll regulations, with a focus on compliance and statutory requirements.
4. Work closely with HR and Finance departments to understand payroll processes, policies, and requirements.
5. Evaluate and documenting payroll processes and recommending improvements and best practices.
6. Customizing payroll schemas and rules to accommodate complex payroll calculations, deductions, and tax requirements.
7. Configuring and maintaining wage types, time management integration, and payroll schemas.
8. Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing for payroll-related developments.
9. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing, including data inconsistencies, error messages, and incorrect calculations.
10. Assisting in payroll data migration and validation activities during system upgrades or implementations.
11. Providing end-user training and support for SAP HCM Payroll processes and functionalities.
12. Keeping up-to-date with SAP HCM Payroll enhancements, new features, and regulatory changes.
13. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other modules such as Time Management, Benefits, and Finance.

Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven experience in leading successful end-to-end implementations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
