NETWORK SECURITY ANALYST

We are looking for Network Security Analyst who is responsible for maintaining and monitoring company's IT Network Infrastructure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, provides, maintains, upgrades and manages a secure, highly available, efficient, cost effective IT communication and network infrastructure. This cover Switching, routing, firewalling, security, IPSec VPN, IPS, load balancer, wireless, WAN optimizer and VOIP.
• Build security controls to secure internal & external network and assets. Manage, and monitor IN/OUT flow of internal and internet traffic and reviewing of internal and external traffic.
• Carries out the necessary tasks within the overall IT department framework related to communication, network and security activities.
• Ensure the uptime of the network round the clock and trouble shoot any issues that may arise.
• Installation and configuration of wireless networks across various outlets.
• Installation, configuration and administration of the PABX and unified communication system.
• Continuously monitors and audits security related events. Implements security related solution to enhance and monitor the security events.
• Day to day monitoring of bandwidth, traffic and security logs and reports.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis and preparing statement of control and recommendations.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of computer science and minimum five years of related experience.
• CCNA, CCNP or any other network & security certificates are highly recommended.
• Must have managed a comprehensive data network, wide area network, IT infrastructure, IT security issues, web and firewall infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of main aspects of networking processes and services like Switching, routing, wireless, firewalling, IPS, IPSec VPN, routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, etc.
• Experience in Forcepoint or Checkpoint firewalls are added advantage.
• Experience in Configuring WAN Links – IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, MPLS, Leased Line and dynamic protocols like OSPF, BGP, etc.
• Experience in wireless network and 802.11x authentication.
• Experience in configuring Avaya PABX Systems and administration
• Experience in configuring SAN Switches
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of main aspects of enterprise End point Security (antivirus) application, Web Filtering, ssl decryption and Email security.

• Good understanding of main aspects of administration and configuration of Network services like Active Directory, DNS, Patching, content filters, etc.
