IT Call Support Executive

Job Type: Full time permanent role
Location: Thrissur, Infopark Koratty
?Logs in all support tickets and provides timely resolution based on agreed SLA’s
?Respond to telephone calls and email messages from users requesting for assistance
?Do the logs and keeps records of customer queries
?Basic awareness about Computer, Connectivity & 3rd party applications
?Follow all standard operating procedures through the effective use of knowledge management.
?Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users
?Bring innovative ideas and solutions.
?Work closely with users at all levels.
?Available to work during (9 AM to 6 PM Central time) and On Call (for technical emergency – rare)
?Excellent communication & presentation skills
?Proficient in English,Hindi,Malayalam both verbal & written
?Able to perform end user impact analysis, issue resolution and root cause investigation
?Ability to maintain calm, professional demeanor when under pressure
?Ability to multitask and manage workload
?Understanding of security best practice with regard to IT delivery
