Student Recruitment Consultant

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements as offering optimal customer service is a requirement for this role
Convert enquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets
Student Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
Contacting candidates, arranging interviews and adding new candidates on to company databases.
Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards the University application process
Participate and assist in the marketing process
Assist with the student visa process.
Any other duties as directed in relation to the job role.
In a recruitment role, you will need to be a strong team player, ambitious and motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases and internet research. Excellent organization skills proactive approach. Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
