Full stack Developer ( Chatbot Development )

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our team. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using the .NET framework, specifically with expertise in React, C#, ChatBOT, and Microsoft Teams integration. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience as a .NET Developer, working with web applications.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
Should have 4+ years of experience in .NETCORE.
Extensive experience with React and front-end development.
Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating ChatBOT functionality into applications, preferably using frameworks such as Microsoft Bot Framework or Dialogflow.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its APIs for integration.

Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of the onboarding & off-boarding process.
Work with the company Directors to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Negotiating with candidates before offer release.
Preparing letters such as offers and confirmations.
Providing first-day information to the candidates on their joining.
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Work on the visa transfer, extension, and amendment of the employees.
Designing compensation and benefits packages.
Continually educate employees on company policies.
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they have.
Implementing performance review procedures.
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
