System Engineer-L2

Work Experience: 2-4years
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Research on technical feasibility for various projects and technical requirements.
• Managing and troubleshooting active directory and GPO's (Windows server 2012/2016).
• Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange server/Office 365.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software
• Do research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
• Support team to maintain service level agreements with clients.

Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience in active directory & group policy management and troubleshooting Windows servers.
• Extensive knowledge in accelo & Terminal server installation and management.
• Mandatory experience in Microsoft windows exchange server, Office 365.
• Expert in handling various tools as below
• Virtual tools - VMware and Hyper V
• RMM tools - N-central, Labtech, Solarwinds, NinjaRMM, Kaseya
• Ticketing tools- ConnectWise, Autotask, Max service desk
• Good Knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Exchange servers, Hyper-V + Moderate knowledge in VMware and Azure
• OneDrive and SharePoint support

Professional Skills:

Job Description:
• Review customer existing environments and create a roadmap to get them on Windows 10, Intune, Defender, ATP.
• Must have the ability to write clear scopes of work and estimates of time required to perform projects.
• Must have the ability to perform network assessments using RapidFire Tools.
• Must have the ability to fully document a customer network in IT Glue documentation system.
• Must be an expert in creating secure operating system images to be used for workstation computer rollouts.
• Must be an expert using Intune to manage workstations.
• Must be an expert in writing scripts to automate workstation tasks like adding software, removing software, configuring settings, etc.

SOC Lead

Work Experience- 6+ years
Work Location- Infopark, Kochi
Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

We are looking for a SOC Lead having good experience in threat hunting.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the first responder to investigate and triage security incidents.
• Support and Guide L1 and L2 SOC analysts.
• Developing and optimizing the incident response framework including process, playbooks, documentation, and automation.
• Developing and optimising threat hunting framework including process, playbooks and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Experience in SIEM solutions preferably Azure Sentinel, AT&T Cyber security (Alien Vault) and Splunk.
• Experience in leading EDR and XDR solutions.
• Experience in performing threat hunting in on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in incident response, intrusion analysis, incident handling, SOC, malware analysis, or security engineering.
• Experience in Cloud Security and Cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge in handling cloud security incidents.

Technical Support Executive / Helpdesk Engineer

Work Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound IT Helpdesk calls from customers across the globe and perform basic troubleshooting.
Initiates follow up calls with customers.
Responding to client IT support requests via chats, calls, and tickets.

International Voice Support Executive

Network Engineer

Experience: 2-6 year

Manage Sophos, Fortinet, Meraki and Sonic-wall firewalls.
Manage Azure Networks and VPN.
Assist NOC team with Network task escalations.
Troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.

Technical Skills:

Must be CCNA certified.
Minimum 2 year experience in Firewall management.
Prefer candidates with multi-vendor experience especially in Fortinet and Sophos


Professional Skills:

2+ years of experience in handling L1 & L2 issues
Any Graduation/Three-year diploma.
Certifications in Cisco preferred.

NOC Engineer

• Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
