Manager - RCM
•Communicates effectively with the team and clients to ensure information flow is accurate and delivered within reasonable time frames.
•Technical liaison within operations, working with both internal and external technical groups to assist in understanding technical requests and requirements for delivery.
•Researches technical advances in revenue cycle management, presents new opportunities to stake holders, and creates execution plans for approved recommendations.
•Continually reviews existing processes/procedures for opportunities of improvement and works with Management leadership to discover, plan, and implement approved opportunities.
•Partners with Client Operations leadership to ensure approved projects are appropriately documented, executed, maintained, communicated, and fall within compliance guidelines.
•Identify analytical trends in data and delivers findings with recommended action plans to appropriate leaders within Client Operations.
•Assists in setting strategic key performance indicator metrics around performance, goals, improvement, and existing processes.
•Able to present to large groups and the organization's executive stakeholders; has a key understanding of the audience and appropriately prioritizes and adapts presentation materials as necessary.
•Ability to work with executive stakeholders on matters requiring interpretation.
•Will require communication with parties outside the organization to assist in the influence of new concepts, ideas, technologies and practices.
•Able to make key business decisions by maintaining open communication channels, utilizing area experts within the organization, properly gathering necessary information, and understanding all potential impacts.
