Tranzmeo is looking for a young, passionate, and energetic Customer Support Executive (Female Candidates) for engaging with key customers in building and preserving trustful relationships. Minimum Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.
- Comfortable with phone calling to get things done
- Prior experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or any other relevant software.
- Email / live chat customer support experience.
- Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a start-up.
- Proficient Excel and Google sheets skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- An accurate and timely response through all communication channels including email / live chat.
-Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal

*Sound in data structure and algorithm design.
*Hands-on experience in DB design & Architecture with a focus on performance.

*In-depth knowledge of Source Code Repository and experience working with Git.
