Junior HR Recruiter (0-6 months)

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 0-6 months of experience in IT Recruitment. She should be able to partner with the talent acquisition team to close the active open positions.

Responsibilities

Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard skilled resources at the right time.
Supporting the HR Operations team until the Onboarding activities of the candidate is completed.
Act as primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and consultants.
Posting Job requirements by various means and channels to attract talent.
Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates.
Screening the candidates based on the requirements.
Conducting initial telephonic Interviews with the candidates and arrange the technical interviews.
Coordinating technical test and interview with the technical team.
Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and needs. 

Skills Required

Knowledge in IT Recruitment.

Roles and responsibilities
