Senior HR Manager

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who is passionate about creating a nourishing workplace, to facilitate all facets of daily HR functions.

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Job Description
Support the full spectrum of human resources operations duties such as recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling and key policies implementations.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Timely administration of salaries, incentive & other employee payouts
Statutory compliance and management.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support.
Responsible for handling any escalations in employee issues or concerns in an efficient and ethical manner.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Key Skills
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in IT Industry is mandatory.
Required Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, Multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skill
Self initiator and creative thinking.
Should be able to manage employee queries and address it with best solution.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
