Legal Associate

In-house Legal Associate will review and validate those contracts and work with other attorneys in other legal firms.
Negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising contracts is part of the job description of a Legal Associate.

Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.

And also conduct research prior to preparing contracts and agreements.
