Inside Sales Executive

As a Sales specialist, we are expecting entrepreneurial, energetic and driven individuals who can optimize our Sales Workforce effectiveness. You will be getting a highly visible position that closely work with our customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the products that we offer, and you must keep yourself regularly updated with their feedbacks to meet the required level of standard and enhancements of our product.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams of developers and architects. You are required to improve the sales level and achieve the sales targets of our product by helping prospective customers understand Hexnode and smoothen their overall business operations.
Your day to day task are likely to involve
Attending/initiating sales calls and determining the customers business requirements.
Handling large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for scheduling demo and follow-ups.
Must be able to deal with an average of 100+ calls per day.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customers.
Must be able to work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement appropriate sales plans.
Ability to create a good level of rapport with the customers by replying to their queries in a timely fashion.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace
Ability to continue the research on the customer issues to avoid future occurrences.
Must be able to meet and exceed the monthly sales targets.
Maintaining a clear record of prospective customers and a thorough understanding on competitors and industry trends in order to identify new marketing opportunities.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Regular Follow up with the Customers to convert them to a happy paying customer and ensure they are happy throughout the journey.
Should be a permanent resident of Bagota Colombia / Should be a resident qualified to work in Bagota Colombia without any additional Visa.
Ready to travel onsite (anywhere in the world) and attend meetings/tech shows / Product training.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
02- 05 years’ experience in a customer-facing role would be a preference.
Should be loyal and should always act as a first point of contact to the customers.
Spanish and English language specialist. Portuguese or French will be a plus.
