# Responsibilities

- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process including design, development and deployment.

# Qualifications

- Strong background in developing UIs to create exceptional user experiences.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in designing websites.
- Must have hands-on experience in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Professional experience in using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop
- Experience in one or more of CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS etc
- Pixel Perfect Design to HTML conversion.
- Good understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS)
- Experience in Cross-browser and Cross-platform Compatibility testing and debugging
- Knowledge of Accessibility & Usability, and SEO principles

Technical Architect

Experience : 9+ years | Locations : Kochi, Kerala / Chennai, Tamil Nadu

# What we're looking for

As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in planning and executing some of the most important Technology Modernisation projects for White Rabbit Group. You will also be part of defining technology roadmap for the organisation and help prepare our Engineering team for the same. You will also own Code Quality and define process revolving around the same.

The perfect candidate will have a deep passion for solving customer problems with software integrations. If you are a technical geek with fire in the belly, we would like to talk to you!

# Responsibilities

- Builds the architecture strategy and best practices for the engineering team and partners across the businesses in close collaboration with our technology executives and remove technical roadblocks for organisation-wide software distribution
- Chooses the technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components; performs Architectural review and Code-reviews
- Engaging with our customers to assess and design the technical rollout and launch plan.
- Serve as the bridge between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirements and dependencies are well understood.
- Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions simultaneously ensuring high quality of architecture and design of systems
- Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience
- Problem solve and help team members on a varying variety of technical domains - CMS, Custom apps, Mobile apps, etc.
- Conceptualises and drives technical initiatives and vision or direction of the organisation.
- Works closely with the Business Development team in RFPs and provides technical solutions and effort estimations
- Conducts code reviews and provides solutions to improve codebase and also helps team to unblock in the event of a technical blocker.
- Assess the architecture currently in place in a project and work with technical team to recommend solutions to improve it.

# Qualifications

- At least 9 years of experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of IT executives and organisations.
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to go a mile deep with technical customer resources or to explain the most basic capabilities to a business user.
- Has been working closed with Business Development team in handling RFP solutions.
- Must be a Full Stack Engineer with specialisation in either Front End or Back End technology spectrum.
- Should be able to build highly performant, scalable, enterprise system architecture.
- Should be able to define engineering best practices.
- Research and benchmark technology against other competing systems in the industry.
- Expert in Git or other version control software for source code management.
- Expertise in any cloud systems.

# Bonus Points

- Good to know or have some experience in CMS (WordPress, Magento, Drupal).
- Docker and containerisation technology.
- Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
