UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI designer that believes in simplicity and clarity. The right candidate will have a blend of UX and visual design skills- mapping out site architecture, wire- framing, engage in usability testing, UI design comps and patterns, interface with clients and developers alike. We are looking for someone who has experience working directly with clients to help iterate on ideas and requirement, test assumptions through discussion and communicate ideas to the entire team


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver on the UX visions, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actually the larger vision over time.
2. Work closely and collaborate with the UX team, Product, Development, QA and Developers to create and build the ideal consumers experience.
3. Have a deep understanding of platform and device requirements such as form factors, screen resolution, pixel density and aspect ratios.
4. Articulate user journeys with scenario, storyboards and presentations, low – and high -fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, and prototype to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
5. Raise the bar for product quality across our products by advocating for user centered product roadmaps, investment in last – mile refinement and polish, and insights driven by user research.
6. Prioritize user requirements and tell compelling stories about users and products to support roadmaps.
7. Explore a variety of products designs solutions and help foster an experience that brings to light the smallest of details.
8. Maintain documentation (including design rules, pixel perfect mocks, prototypes) of the UX work to live in the Digital system Library.
9. Participate in user experience research and usability studies.

Required Skill:
1. Expert level in web design skills working in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, etc.
2. Experience (including supporting examples) with conveying concepts through wireframes, flows and mockups.
3. Fluent in creating prototypes for web and/or mobile app experience.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to putting the user first.
5. Experience working across organisational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work, with a collaborative and innovative approach.
6. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skill to communicate and varying levels of the organisation. Expert with design tools(e.g. sketch, illustrator, photoshop) to produce wireframes and high – fidelity mockups.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through a variety of channels, print, digital, web, video and other as assigned. The Graphic Design intern will report and will assist with the development and design of graphics, logos, collateral event materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.

The Graphic Designer's primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
• Assist with website and blog updates
• Create Webpage/App designs
• Assist with collateral updates and version control
• Creation of various logos for products
• Creation and updates to various sales collateral
• Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc) Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments
• Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of video editing software(added advantage).
• Writing and proofing skills are also required.
