Graphic Design Intern

Position Summary:

The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through a variety of channels, print, digital, web, video and other as assigned. The Graphic Design intern will report and will assist with the development and design of graphics, logos, collateral event materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.

The Graphic Design Intern’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
• Assist with website and blog updates
• Assist with collateral updates and version control
• Creation of various logos for products
• Creation and updates to various sales collateral
• Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc) Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments
• Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of video editing software(added advantage).
• Writing and proofing skills are also required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to manage and organize various projects. Your tasks will involve working closely with our Project Manager to create detailed plans for projects, covering resources, timelines, and budgets. Your role will also include coordinating activities such as scheduling and risk management, as well as handling administrative duties like maintaining project records and addressing financial inquiries. To excel in this position, you should possess strong time management and communication skills, as you'll work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
-Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
-Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
-Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
-Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve
-Help prepare budgets
-Analyze risks and opportunities
-Oversee project procurement management
-Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
-Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
-Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
-Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
-Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
-Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests

Requirements and skills :
-Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
-Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
-An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
-Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
-Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
-Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
-Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
-BSc in Business Administration or related field
