Job description :
We are seeking potential candidates for Customer Service Associate positions who are havingMinimum1 year of experience in the international voice process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should have the ability to handle all responsibilities related to billing.
• To Prioritize The Pending Claims For billing.
• Must have experience in eligibility verification, Demo entry, Charge entry etc
• Good with excel and basic formulas.
• The International Norms And Applicable Rules For Confidentiality And HIPAA Compliance
• Positive attitude towards learning new things and ready to work for any kind of special task.
• Should Have Basic Knowledge Of The Entire Revenue CyclMaintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
• Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
• Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Sound Knowledge Of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider Side) Methods For Improvement On The Same.
