Job Specification
• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Strong domain knowledge in US Healthcare

Preference will be given to candidates who have domain experience in the following areas:

• Denial Management services
• Remittance Processing services
• Conversion of Paper EOBs to ANSI 835 files


Job Description

- Team Management

• Manage the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Ensuring leaves are managed judiciously so there is no risk in delivering files within TAT.
• Ensuring team members are fully trained and equipped to complete the tasks assigned to them.
• Identify and groom prospective leaders from the team.
• Ability to implement policies and processes as directed by the company.

- Performance Management

• Guide the team to achieve quality and productivity SLAs.
