Medical Transcriptionist

Job Purpose :

? Assisting the physicians by transcribing the medical documentation of outpatient in SAP.
? Coordinate with the physicians and ensure that proper documentations are done as per the SAP format.
? Transcribing the dictated operation note / procedure note / clinic notes / medical certificate / fitness certificate and coordinate with the physicians for evaluation, correction, completion.
? Assisting the physicians in preparing the medical reports / certificates.

1. Graduate in any subject
2. Qualified and trained medical transcriptionist

1. Three years’ experience in a recognized hospital or Medical transcriptionist firm.
2. Working knowledge of the principals: methods, materials and techniques of artificial reproductive technology


MIS Executive - Contact Center

· Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service
· Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
· Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed
· Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
· Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
· Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
· Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
· Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
· Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
· Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
· Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
· Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
· Analyse business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
· Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
· Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the business issues at hand
· Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements

· Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with management and customers


To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
· Analytical experience required
· Strong ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
· Sound business decision-making ability
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds
· 1-3 years of experience in the BPO industry preferred


Group Coordinator - Contact Center

· Training, and preparing call centre representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
· Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards, and policies.
· Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
· Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
· Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
· Preparing reports and analysing data to assist management as they determine call centre goals.
· Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.


CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement)

Knowledge/special skills

» Clinical expertise preferably physician/dentists with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
» Willing to take on broader responsibilities and should pursue training to become a Certified Professional Coder to get certified within 6 months
» Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and adapt to the changing healthcare arena
» Proficiency in organizational skills and planning, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
» Proficiency in computer use, including database and spreadsheet analysis, presentation programs, word processing, and Internet search
» Ability and willingness to seek out changes in healthcare reform and coding regulations, then incorporate those changes into chart review and educational responsibilities

Role functions

» Develop provider education strategies to promote complete and accurate clinical documentation and correct negative trends.
» Collaborate with team members to aggregate findings from clinical documentation reviews (both retrospective and concurrent) and design educational content and remediation strategies for both individual providers and provider groups.
» Provide or coordinate education related to compliance, coding, and clinical documentation issues within the healthcare organization.
» Act as a consultant to coding professionals when additional information or documentation is needed to assign coded data.
» Identify patterns, trends, variances, and opportunities to improve documentation.
» Participate in departmental and hospital assigned task forces as required
» Comply with HIPAA and code of conduct policies
» Participate in CDI-related continuing education activities to maintain certifications and licensures.
» Contribute to a positive working environment and perform other duties as assigned or directed to enhance the overall efforts of the organization

Minimum qualifications

The candidate should be credentialed with a medicine degree and preferably supported by direct experience interacting with physicians.


Trainer OP Coding

• Should be a certified coder
• Sound knowledge of OP coding guidelines.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be flexible with WFO and WFH based on the situation.
• Flexible to work on Saturdays while training new batches.
