Product Manager-Data Delivery

Role Description:

We're looking for a Product Manager (Data Delivery) for our Data Engineering teams. The Product Manager will work with multiple teams on business requirements to provide customer-focused solutions and products. The candidate must be a leader, rather than being a manager, who can be a go-to person for the collaborating teams.

This role is being established during a period of accelerated change, and is a challenging but exciting opportunity to be involved in high impact business transformation. The role has strategic importance for the organization: to turn input from our customers and data partners alike into functioning technological solutions in support of our significantly evolving business needs.


Responsibilities:

Product Management of the data pipeline and platform API segments of FullContact’s business.
You will work with the product leadership in planning the roadmap of the specific products of the company and executing it. You will assist in defining the overall product vision, scope, requirements, and execution.
Lead the end-to-end product execution of Data Operations - the movement and management of data within the FullContact systems. 
You will liaison among multiple teams related to data and the product team to understand, envisage and execute the customer and business requirements. This includes working collaboratively to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, set customer expectations, and drive standardization of processes.
Define, communicate, and analyze success metrics for the data teams and engines.
Maintain and regularly update all documentation and user acceptance testing reporting for all Data Operations in the management of data within FullContact systems and customer facing delivery mechanisms.
Research, develop, establish, and maintain database standards and product data quality.
Collaborate with other Product Managers and Tech Leads to prioritize data delivery releases based on company roadmap, available resources, customer feedback and changing market conditions.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in a Product Management role, that involves the integration of multiple teams to deliver the product.
A minimum of 3 years of (recent) experience in the enterprise product domain with exposure to big data systems
Exposure to data delivery systems - Real Time APIs at scale 
Hands-on product envisaging, coordinating, and development experience, preferably in a Data-based product.
Understanding of Big Data environments and technologies. Knowledge of SaaS business models and enabling technologies such as the AWS ecosystem.
Experience leading an Agile product or engineering team.
Client-facing product ownership experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
Software Engineering experience at the start of the career is a plus, though not mandatory. 
Good to have AdTech/MarTech experience

Technical Program Manager

The Gist:

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Product Team. The Technical Program Manager will work with multiple teams on business requirements to provide customer-focused solutions and products. The candidate must be a leader, rather than being a manager, who can be a go-to person for the teams he’s collaborating with.


Responsibilities:

You will work with the company’s Product, Data and Engineering teams in planning the roadmap and executing it. 
You will liaison among multiple teams related to understand, envisage, and execute the customer and business requirements.
You will be responsible for regular, timely, and quality deliveries of product deliverables for API platform systems, customer-facing processes, and products. 
Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a Program/Project Management role, that involves the integration of multiple teams to continuously deliver the organizational goals.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in project/program management preferably in SaaS product organizations. 
Illustrated experience and knowledge in customer-facing systems. 
Experience leading/liaising with an Agile team.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous technical program management or similar business experience in ERP, Salesforce or any CRM platforms
Digital payments & billing ecosystem experience

Principal Engineer-Data Engineering

Job Title: Principal Engineer

Location: Remote

The Role

Work on the Identity Resolution team as Principal Engineer to design and construct performant algorithms, infrastructure and data pipelines to manage our graph database for our identity resolution offering. Our identity graph is constructed from billions of observations leveraging the latest in big data technologies. The Identity Resolution team is primarily focused on providing identity resolution capabilities to our internal customers enabling identity resolution across the board for our external customers. This involves integrating data sets, developing our patented identity resolution graph algorithms and scaling all this to a very large amount of data. The team works on both live streaming and batch systems and leverages machine learning so that we can be the best in class for enterprise identity resolution.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as Principal Engineer on our Identity Resolution Team
-Research, Design, Implement, Test, and Maintain new identity resolution and matching algorithms
-Ensure our identity resolution capabilities are always best-in-class
-Always be learning and teaching
-Design, build, test and deploy massively parallel graph algorithms
-Process large amounts of data leveraging big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka and more.
