We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter who has strong understanding of the recruitment function and perform full life-cycle recruiting.
Handle end to end recruitment activities - starting from job posting, talent sourcing, pre-screening, assessment, interview, offer negotiation and on-boarding process
Understand business needs and delivering value by crafting right solutions
Execute sourcing strategy and talent pipelining for hiring across all levels to source right talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and Employee Referral Program
Build a healthy pipeline of talented job seekers and maintain up-to-date records for critical upcoming positions
Provides recruitment support for IT and non-IT positions
Provides guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills / talent in the market/competition and salary offers
Ensuring best candidate and hiring manager experience
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
2-5 years of relevant IT recruitment experience , preferably for an IT Services company
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms like Naukri, Linked In etc.
Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas and concepts

Roles and Responsibilities :
Management of Social Media Channels ( FB, Twitter, Instagram and Other Social Platforms)
Research and implement latest ideas for Posts that will increase the Audience Engagement
Research and analyze competitor social media handles
Develop and implement Social media strategy for Brand awareness, positioning and audience engagement.
Creating effective social media viral ranking strategies to drive traffic , Boost and Engage Audience on Social Media Channels for the product to improve brand awareness
Should be upto date with Key Social Media Trends
Optimizes content following SEO and Pay-per-Click (PPC)
Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of QA Engineers, managing the workflow within the team and providing necessary technical support.
Participating in pre sales activities and working with Business Analysts and Technical team in understanding project requirements and risks.
Responsible for preparing Test estimates, Planning, Coordinating and Controlling various testing activities.
Maintain resource allocation tracker for testing team and prepare test schedules for upcoming projects for him/her self and others.
Identify improvement areas on a continual basis and support development of new methods and techniques at organizational level.
Reports to Team Manager/Project Manager.
Should be able to design and implement an automation test framework and hands-on experience using the Selenium suite of tools is mandatory. BDD framework is desirable.
Experience in mobile automation testing, for android and ios platforms using Appium, is desirable.
Experience or knowledge in Performance and Security automation testing and tools, will be an added advantage.
5 to 8 years of experience in testing web, ecommerce and mobile applications.
Should have worked in an agile environment and managed a team size of at least 10 members is highly desirable.
Nice to have testing certifications like ISTQB or CSTE.
