Technical Support Executive
Phases is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a Technical Support Executive to provide timely and accurate solutions to our customers/clients technical and non-technical queries.

>Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
>Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls .
>Responding to customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
>Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers/clients.
>Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.
>Following up with customers for any further information.
>Provide training for projects
>Help on content tasks
>Help BAs/Project managers attend tickets
>Participate in meetings
>Send out minutes of meetings and follow up on action points
>Work Timing: 02.00 PM IST - 10.00 PM IST
>2+ years of proven experience in a similar field
>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (should have worked with European clients preferably).
>Excellent customer relations/service skills.
>Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, including proper documentation.
>Excellent organizational and time management.
>Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
>Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
