Senior Finance Manager

Phases is looking to hire a Finance Manager in our company.
We focus on custom integrations, websites and web applications for our clients. We also have a range of our own products that we are working on.

Phases is located in Denmark and India currently - we are expanding to the USA and Brazil at the moment.

We can offer the candidate to either work fully remote, at the office or a hybrid of both options.

Responsibilities

>Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
>Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
>Manage the finance team
>Ensure daily processes are followed and everything is kept updated for the yearly audit for all countries
>Communicate with auditors
>Ensure payments are done
>Responsibility for finance related matters

Skills

>Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
>Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
>Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
>Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments
