Junior IT Recruiter
Phases is looking for a Junior Technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. Job responsibilities include posting job ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Phases is located in Denmark and India currently - we are expanding to the USA and Brazil at the moment.
We can offer the candidate to either work fully remote, at the office or a hybrid of both options.

>Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
>Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
>Conduct initial phone screens
>Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
>Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
>Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
>Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
>Participate in recruiting events
>Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements and skills:
>2-4 years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter
>Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
>A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
>Ability to juggle multiple calendars
>Advanced interpersonal skills.
>Excellent decision-making skills.
>Good organizational skills.
>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Human resources, business, communications or similar field.
