* Immediate to 15 Days *Experience should not exceed not more than 3 years. * Candidates with any Inbound Voice or any other customer service experience can walk-in. * candidate should have good command over English Qualification - Any degree •Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues •Ability to listen patiently understanding customer need Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times Job Description - Deliver prompt and professional solutions with proactive troubleshooting via phone, email, online chat etc in order to resolve customer’s problems. - Maintains and manages professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank to ensure exemplary customer service is provided to customers.


Basic Skills
Good communication skills and flexible to work in any shifts including weekends and night shift (24/7)

Must have Skills
Excellent command over written English
Excellent comprehension skills
Good Summary writing skill is preferable
Typing speed - 30 w.p.m
