DevOps Engineer

Minimum 3-4 years experience working in DevOps and Open Source culture (CI/CD)
Develop/build/maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dockerization and Kubernetes
Good experience in Linux Administration
Good experience in Microservice-based application deployments
Good experience in IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) using Terraform or Ansible, Cloud Formation, etc.

Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – DevOps & Cloud Consulting with 4+ years of experience in international sales, responsible for driving new business and expanding our global client base. This role is critical in bringing in new leads, securing meetings, achieving sales targets, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Expansion: Proactively identify and generate new leads for DevOps and Cloud consulting services across global markets.
Client Engagement: Secure and conduct meetings with key decision-makers to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful business partnerships.
Consultative Sales Approach: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that highlight the value of our DevOps and Cloud consulting services.
Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking and reporting progress through all stages of the sales cycle.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
Market Research & Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strategically position our offerings.
Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
4+ years of proven experience in international sales, preferably in DevOps, Cloud, or IT consulting services.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, bring new clients, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging technologies is a strong advantage.
