DevOps Engineer

Experience: 3-8 yrs

Job Description:
- Minimum 3-4 years experience working in DevOps and Open Source culture (CI/CD).
- Develop/build/maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dockerization and Kubernetes.
- Good experience in Linux Administration.
- Good experience in Microservice-based application deployments.
- Good experience in IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) using Terraform or Ansible, Cloud Formation, etc.
- Expert level of experience in either AWS, Azure or GCP services(including experience on EKS/AKS/GKE).
- Must have strong knowledge in highly available & scalable architecture design and implementation..
- Good experience in Git Workflow.
- Experience in logging, monitoring, tracing with Elasticsearch/Kibana (ELK), Prometheus/Grafana, Cloud Managed services, etc.
- Good understanding of the DB technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Good experience in Bash/Python/Go etc.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
- Good communication skills.


Junior Recruiter Cum Admin- Freshers

Looking For Freshers for the position of Junior Recruiter Cum Admin:

Job Description:
- Work closely with the HR manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
- Partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
- Screen resumes and manage the candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to the onboarding process.
- Maintain a database of employee records like personal files and attendance records.
- Assisting in statutory compliances, administration, and employee engagement activities.
