Apprentice-Sales and Marketing

Job Description:
Responsible for promoting IT Infrastructure Services, Cloud Consulting services, DevOps Services, and
Managed IT Services in the US Market.
To identify business opportunities and drive new business leads with market research, customer
mapping, cold-calling,
Vertical focused email campaigns, presentations (lead generation).
Identifying new sales leads (Lead Generation experience Preferable).
Build, monitor, and manage sales pipelines to ensure the continuous population of near- and long-term
leads/opportunities.
Working closely with the Marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of follow up activities
Stay current with industry and competitive research information to enable customer dialogue;
understanding of customer. business challenges, industry trends, and markets.
Professionally and effectively employing the sales skills to achieve targeted sales.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Must be a fresher who graduated in 2021, 2022 or 2023.
3. Must have very good communication skills in English.
4. Must be smart and enthusiastic.
5. Prefer candidates in Kochi.

System Engineer

Experience: 2+ yrs

Primary Skill sets we are looking for:
- Knowledge in Cloud Platform AWS (GCP / Azure is added advantage).
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Linux & Windows Administration (L2/L3 Level).
- Hands-on experience in Apache and Nginx Administration.
- Knowledge in Database Administration MySQL and MariaDB Databases (PostgreSQL is an added advantage).
- Scripting Skill in Bash.
- Experience in Server Migration, DNS Administration, Mail Issue Troubleshooting and FTP Administration.
- Working knowledge in Firewall Administration.
- Knowledge in Basic Networking Concepts.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Zabbix is preferred and Grafana is an added advantage).
- Exposure to Docker Administration (K8's knowledge is an added advantage).
- Knowledge in any of the DevOps Tools is an added advantage.
- Customer Handling and Good Communication Skill.
