Your Role:

Service Operations:

Help/Coordinate IT Service Operations activities along with Service Manager
Stakeholder Management - Interfacing Client and Project Stakeholders
Supporting Service Manager on Major Incidents
Supporting in the review, planning and execution of Infrastructure Changes and Application deployments
Supporting Service Manager with Escalation Management
Communication Management
Knowledge Management
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the agreed SLA for the service offerings
Support on ensuring Service levels are met
Responsible for Governance & Service Reporting (KPI metrics)
Driving system stabilisation activities through Problem Management
Driving continuous service improvement activities
People Co-ordination

Infra Projects:

Assessing the project requests / Account Farming (Mining)
Coordination & support in developing and delivering prototypes / POC
Support Service Manager on effort estimation
Coordinating resource requirements
Collaboration & Liaising with different suppliers
Coordination of project activities, releases, deployments and QA
Identification and escalation of critical issues or Impediments in a timely manner, adhering to Agile/Scrum processes
Proactive communication and documentation of project risks and mitigation plans
Stakeholder Management - Interfacing Client and Project Stakeholders
Governance and reporting (project execution)

Who you are

Passionate towards bringing in improvements in Service Operations
Experienced in executing projects (Infrastructure projects preferably)
Has exposure to ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request fulfilment, Problem Management). Certification is a Plus.
Have a flair for Customer handling / Client interfacing skills
Possesses exposure to Support Metrics (KPI) and SLA awareness
Possesses good communication skills (Assertive handling)
Working experience in handling global clients
Good in people management
AWS cloud practitioner certification is a nice to have
