Job Description:
- Work involves interaction mostly with professionals in USA.
- Analyze the Job requirements of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Boeing,
Alcon, Seqirus, etc.
- Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and
Career Builder), in-house database, LinkedIn and through relevant community sites.
- Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.
- The nature of the work is more like Inside Sales and Marketing and less like HR/Admin.

Candidate Specification:
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
- Relevant experience in International Voice process will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IT/ Clinical/Scientific/Pharmaceutical/Lab terminologies would be an added
- Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00pm - 2:00am IST), Monday - Friday.
- Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.

Experience Level: 1-4 year (We are not welcoming freshers).

HR Generalist Job Description
We are looking to employ a HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:

? Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of Clients/stakeholders.
Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
? Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via zoom meetings, questionnaires,
surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
? Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-
project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
? Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
? Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing
requirements-gathering processes and develops strategies for enhancing or further
leveraging these processes.
? Conduct UAT of deliverables, Analyze and verify requirements for completeness,
consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
? Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements
? Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear
manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
? Prepare the supportive documentation (SRS), Creates process models, specifications,

? Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements —
