Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify potential leads through various means, including online research, databases, social media and networking.
Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, or social media messages.
Understand the clients’ needs and offer suitable solutions.
Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and relevance of leads by evaluating their fit with the company's products or services and their potential to become paying customers.
Present the features and benefits of our services to prospective Clients.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify target industries, markets, and potential customers.
Observe and participate in negotiations, developing negotiation skills to close deals.
Cultivate relationships with clients to address inquiries and maintain positive connections.
Attend sales meetings
Data Management: Keep detailed records of lead interactions, status updates, and any relevant information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and move them closer to a closing stage.
Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase lead generation effectiveness, such as email marketing campaigns, content marketing, or webinars.
Lead Tracking: Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion.
Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing their needs or concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven sales/marketing/lead generation track record in IT /software. (Should be able to provide convincing, comparable figures to support your claims )
Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.
Up to date with leads generation strategies in the industry.
Believes in Lead Quality rather than Lead Quantity.
Player coach mentality, Goal-driven , self motivated and Go getter attitude.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Sales or in a similar role in the IT / Software industry
Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for different groups.
Flexibility: In work hours and duties. Willingness to do anything reasonable to generate leads and promote sales.
Bachelor's degree in any field
