Client Coordinator(US HR Process)

Job Responsibilities :
Updating Time sheets into Quick-books
Preparing invoice for the US Clients
Handling end to end offers release process
Updating new- hires date into Quick-books
Handling payroll and fidelity Entries for the candidates in US
Responsible for Calculating sick leaves and PTOs
Maintaining Benefit sheet and email related to the insurance details to our clients
Handling the Employment Eligibility Verification
Ensuring ACA Compliance
Auditing the data and ensuring the 100% accuracy in the data entered to the quick
books

Skills Required
2-3 years of experience in handling accounts
Should have experience in creating invoices
Experience handling accounts for US clients are highly preferred
