Lead Generation Manager
Experience : 3 + yrs experience
Shift : Evening Shift(Should be flexible)
Lead Generation Manager responsibilities include:
? Generate good volume of quality leads and pass them over to sales to close.
? Conduct research for the target market and strategies for lead generation.
? Identifying new lead sources for improving sales and lead generation.
? Engage with business’s other activities such as marketing campaigns, social media,
advertising, customer referrals and help generate new leads.
? Analyze and work towards increasing the efficiency of the company's existing lead
generation sources and adding new lead sources.
? Assist with the sales strategy and Work closely with the sales and management team to
ensure sales goals are consistently met.
? Proven sales/marketing/lead generation track record in IT /software. (Should be able to
provide convincing, comparable figures to support your claims )
? Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.
? Up to date with leads generation strategies in the industry.
? Believes in Lead Quality rather than Lead Quantity.
? Player coach mentality, Goal-driven , self motivated and Go getter attitude:
? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Sales or in a similar role in the IT /
? Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for different groups.
? Flexibility: In work hours and duties. Willingness to do anything reasonable to generate
leads and promote sales.
Nice to have Skills
? Knowledge of how to leverage social media and online platforms for lead generation
? Digital marketing knowledge.
? Sales Resources (Website, Blogs, sales presentation , content creation, infographics,
slide decks, sales videos ) handling and management knowledge.
