Shift: 4 PM IST - 1 AM IST
We are a growing Company in business for 26 years. We have a Software Export Division and a Manpower Consultancy Division. Our US Company has Preferred Vendor relationship with clients like Boeing, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis etc.
We are adding a HR Manager to join our team in Cochin to support our US HR processes.It is a newly created position to help the company's goal to double in size every 3 years!.It is a regular full-time position with attractive salary and perks.
Key Responsibilities :
?As soon as the requirement opens up, they need to analyse the JD and prepare the strings or update sets of keywords under each requirement on our internal portal.
?Since they have got good knowledge about the requirements, they need to suggest alternate keywords which are not there on the JD.
?Their job is to communicate with the Account Managers, do their own research and update the strings under each requirement.
?Needs to do more research on unused slots.
?Need to help our recruiters in understanding more about the requirement.
?Needs to explain to the team what kind of profile the client is looking to hire.
?Training new joinees.
?Conduct seminars which can help our recruiters to gain more subject knowledge.
?Need to be on every client call and try to understand more about the client and requirement.
MS in Biotech or someone with Science / Pharma background.
?Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process
?Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
?Good understanding on pharma related terminology/technology
?Helping team members on requirements and can provide training to team members
?Follow-up with each recruiter throughout the day to ensure they are working on assigned positions
?Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.
?Strong decision-making skills
Should be ready to work in night shift.
