NewAgeSys seeks for Project Manager for our Infopark, Kochi office who is exceptionally talented in analyzing projects, planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermine time lines and budge.
?This role requires you to understand projects, plan and manage project schedules, anticipate project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
?Ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately repeat revenue growth
?Good Technical Understanding on latest technologies
?Develop best practices and use tools for project execution and management
?Scrum Knowledge- Expert in executing Agile Software Software Development Methodologies in projects
?Work closely with client teams to understand the requirements, communicate project plans, Conduct Client meetings, accountable for client acceptance and billing.
?Ensure the clients are clear about the progress, milestones and financial status of their project
?Regularly inform managers on progress of project and his/her teammates work, identify risk early in the process and ensure that delivery managers are clear to the scope, complexity and expectation of the client.
?5 – 8 years of experience in LAMP Stack/ MEAN Stack (Experience in service industry highly preferred).
?3-5 Years in handling project management
?Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL.
?DevOps Knowledge preferred.
?Exposure to Angular and Node.js highly preferred
?Successful track record of engagement and client relationship management
?Prince2/PMP certification or equivalent in Project Management is plus to have
?Excellent communication skills and should be comfortable coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
?Experience working with international clients over multiple time-zones.
?Good influencing and persuasion skills, with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and to build successful relationships at all levels - good team player and highly self-motivated
?Clear decision-making ability, with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues - the ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach

The Business Development Manager will be an addition to the existing Sales Team, the company shall provide all the tools and support and his/her key responsibilities would involve finding new leads on his own and converting them to sales. The incumbent can work independently and use a proven support team from bidding to estimation to design, development and delivery. Key Responsibilities :
?As soon as the requirement opens up, they need to analyse the JD and prepare the strings or update sets of keywords under each requirement on our internal portal.
?Since they have got good knowledge about the requirements, they need to suggest alternate keywords which are not there on the JD.

MS in Biotech or someone with Science / Pharma background.
