Profile Overview:
Project Manager will be responsible in comprehending and completing assigned projects within the stipulated time line. The candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot, follow instructions and achieve ideal end results. Responsibilities:
· Be an expert in implementing all the procedures in BIM and digital Construction during the design, construction and handover of a project.
· Expertise in preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing
· Manage the flow of information using BIM Execution Plan. Ensure that the model parameters are compliant with the BEP.
· Attend weekly coordination meeting with professionals from other organizations
· Strong knowledge in Steel and RCC structures along with Revit knowledge and coordination skills are preferred.
· Provide technical guidance to junior modelers and review complete assignments.
· Creating Solutions to improve workflow with models, creating element families or an integral library within the project.
· Be a mentor in all internal kick of meetings of new projects.
· To be provided leadership to ensure that BIM policies, procedures, standards, and processes are properly implemented and maintained throughout the course of a project.
· Provide general conceptual input to projects during the planning stages and supports or leads field assignments as required.
· Should analyze user performance and BIM usage reports to identify areas where more training or assistance may be required
· Work in team cohesion of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects.
· Should be confident to capture new growth opportunities with the available capability of team.
· Evaluate new BIM related Software and technologies.
· Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of BIM users to ensure BIM Standards are maintained in the creation of BIM Models.
· Chair the firm’s BIM user group and ensure regular communication and coordination among BIM/Revit users.
· Evaluate the firm’s current workflow, strategies, budgets, projects, staffing etc.
· Conduct continuing education on BIM processes and its new technologies. Attend conferences, Seminars and workshops for BIM, bringing back best practices and disseminating the information to appropriate teams.
· Understanding the business, Getting organized, focusing on action and outcomes, focusing on the customer, Communicating effectively, Builds relationships.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
· B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
· 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience is a must
· CAD, Revit Modeling and BIM knowledge is required
· Play a vital team player role in various BIM projects
· Good communication skills in English required
· Rise up to the need for assisting Team lead in various tasks
· Achieve the work targets as specified by the Line Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising and providing guidance to the technical team, including tasks such as preparing estimates and proposals, establishing competitive pricing, optimal resource allocation, ensuring quality standards, on-time project delivery, securing additional projects, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Conducting structural analysis and calculations for all Curtain Walls and Skylights will be desirable.
• Assuming full accountability for the technical support required to ensure the successful production and execution of projects.
• Allocating time for research and studying new materials, industry standards, and innovative engineering techniques that can benefit the company.
• Managing technical solutions related to Aluminium Curtain Walls, Skylights, Aluminium Composite Panels, Doors, and Windows.
• Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and participating in project coordination meetings with clients, as needed, to facilitate project progress
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
• 14 plus years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience in façade/curtain wall detailing & drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.
• Good knowledge in Revit or Inventor software.
• Good interpersonal and team management skills.
• Team player in various Façade projects
• Must be highly adaptive and possess good communication skills
• Ability to independently undertake & lead the team for various projects.
• Experience in the consulting environment, including the ability to advise clients on cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
• Well versed in any of the International Aluminium Systems.
• Highly motivated and a good team player.
• Dynamic, with extensive time management skills.
• Ability to be liaison between the clients, management and the team

Job Description
• Perform day-to-day project activities and assigning jobs to the team.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met and project is delivered on time in the best way possible.
• Maintain comprehensive budgets and project schedules.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Prepare estimates and value engineering analysis during the design process.
• Help provide solutions and field fix documentation for execution and As-Built drawings.
• Assist in the evaluation, analysis and selection of equipment, tools and rigging required to install curtainwall scopes.
• Review site safety plans and help communicate and administer specific requirements.
• Maintain project tracking logs for % complete, change orders, RFIs, submittals, site deliveries and critical material shipments.
• Maintain Project Status Reports and participate in weekly internal project status meetings.
• Review and coordinate field and shop requirements for product crating/packaging.
• Create plans and drawings for field logistics such as crating plans, installation sequence diagrams and field equipment layouts.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate critical aspects of details with production and installation teams.
• Attend weekly site Contractor Meeting as required.
• Process submittals, shop drawings, substitution requests, change proposals and change orders.
• Other responsibilities as required
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
• Diploma / Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience working in façade sector.
• Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office Tools.
• Proficient with PDF editing software such as Blubeam or Adobe.
• Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment and job site as required.
