Profile Overview:
An ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic HR professional to handle Statutory, compliance, and other HR activities. He should have a good Knowledge and exposure to Human Resource System and processes. A person will administer End to End HR Statutory and compliance in the organization of 200-300 employees. A person will be responsible for managing statutory remittance, Audit documentation & other compliance activities across the verticals. He should have a good Knowledge in Labour law acts and Shop & establishment Act -pan India.
• Coordinate with the HR & Legal team to ensure adherence to all statutory requirements at state & country level under various Labour Laws
• Good understanding of statutory employment & labour laws at state & local level
• Prior experience in EPF/ESI compliance for a span of 100-200 workforce.
• Responsible for ensuring correct calculation and timely submission of returns under the various Tax laws applicable to the entity from time to time.
• Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
• Being the go-to person for employees with benefits-related questions and problems
• Employees data uploading on ESIC/EPF portal, Employees UAN Generation, Employees ESIC/EPF code generation, ECR/Challan Generation and submission.
• Should have good knowledge of Labour Laws compliance i.e. Licensing, Returns, and other requirements.
• Partner with all functions of HR to ensure data & process integrity.
• Prepare reports regarding compliance operations and progress
• Assist in the recruitment and interview processes.
• Support in HR day- to -day Operations and activities.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Hands on experience in using MS Office and HRMS systems
• People oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to manage and work as a part of the team.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
• Pleasing and professional personality.
• Must have an excellent level of communication skill in English
