Business Development Associate

Profile Overview:

An Ideal candidate will have a strong interpersonal as well as communication skills, and ability to use their technical knowledge & soft skills to advance sales prospects with potential clients. He or she should have a sound judgement and good business sense. The candidate must be a team player and be able to build relationships with clients quickly. Those with an experience in international B2B sales with proven track record in sales conversion and client retention will be given high preference.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound web enquiries, collect & document client requirements accurately through calls & emails
• Establish rapport with key points of contact in client organizations and gather insight into the project goals and expectations
• Coordinate with engineering departments and prepare commercial proposals and engagement contracts
• Advance conversion prospects in current sales funnel with timely follow up
• Generate more business from existing clients by utilizing personal rapport with client
• Generate outbound leads by identifying potential clients and building connections with decision makers through email marketing, social media networking
• Conduct company presentations and introduce services offered to potential clients
• Complete subcontractor prequalification documentation and other pre-sales documentations
• Daily updation of CRM database, preparation of various periodic reports
• Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry
• Monitor competitor services and activities to identify areas of improvement

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience (experience in international B2B sales preferred)
• B. Tech in Mechanical/Civil/ EEE Engineering
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Pleasant, friendly and personable demeanor
• Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with client needs
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Fast learner and quick thinker

Proposal Coordinator

An ideal candidate will have a strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills, and a proven experience track record handling international clients in sales, marketing or customer relationship handling. He or she must possess the inherent capability to work independently with minimal supervision, be proactive, and possess excellent analytical as well as problem-solving skills. The candidate must have the ability to think critically and adopt a collaborative approach to work. Business Development Lead should motivate and urge team members to utilize their full potential and fulfill their functional roles successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Function as the Point of Contact to clients during pre-sales activities phase. Participate in subcontractor pre-qualification process and respond to RFPs, tenders and bid requests. Conduct meetings with clients for scope discussion, queries resolution and sales closing
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong & long-term business relationships with decision makers of existing and potential client organizations
• Collaborate with BU Managers for capturing & fulfilling the business needs of potential clients efficiently & quickly
• Be a champion in closing deals with a better price, and securing favorable terms of sale
• Act as bridge between the client and internal engineering teams during post sales phase to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
• Oversee and manage every day activities of Business Development Associates. Train and help them to develop their skills. Guide, motivate and supervise team members to target potential client organizations and individuals to find and convert new opportunities successfully and efficiently
• Conduct extensive market research to identify new opportunities and clients. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Audit commercial proposals, engagement terms and agreements prepared by BDAs before client submission
• Review the purchase orders, sales contracts and other agreements from clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions of sale
• Establish and nurture social media connections with key players and decision makers of existing and prospective business accounts. Market and capture their interest in the services offered by company
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to keep abreast with industry standards and market dynamics
• Utilize comprehensive industry knowledge and experience to develop sales strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry
• Monitor competitor services and activities to identify areas of improvement
• Provide industry feedbacks and insights to support the team members and other departments to align to the market requirements

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• 3-7 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales, marketing or customer relations (preference for those with experience in handling international clients)
• B. Tech in Mechanical, Civil or EEE Engineering

An ideal candidate is responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our websites. The candidate must have the ability to think critically and adopt a collaborative approach to work. He or she must possess the inherent capability to work independently with minimal supervision, be proactive, and possess excellent analytical as well as problem-solving skills. He/she is responsible for building our websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function, maintain and update existing websites.

Responsibilities:

• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices as per the requirement from
the digital marketing team.
• Consistently create well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development, including
mobile and responsive site design.
• Develop or validate testing schedules, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various computers
can access content.
• Quality-test and troubleshoot the website and/or its applications in various browsers.
• Integrate audio, video, and graphics into the site.
• Work with designers, to determine the site’s layout.
• Troubleshoot website problems.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the design.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, multimedia design, or related field
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and jQuery, word Press
• Experience in back-end programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript.
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Understanding of key design principles.
• Knowledge in design software like Photoshop and Illustrator and Sketch is preferable
• Analytical and Interpersonal skills
• Good command over English
